To capitalise on growing customer demand for instant delivery service and the nonstop rise of e-commerce, Grab Thailand on Thursday launched a new delivery service, GrabExpress. GrabExpress, a rebranding of GrabDelivery, combines all delivery fleet options with new features to serve the everyday needs of individuals and business, the company said. For GrabExpress, the on-demand parcel and document delivery service combines the distribution network of Grab's varied vehicle fleets (motorcycles, car and pickups) to serve growing demand for delivery services for parcels weighing 15 to 300 kilogrammes. The delivery fee in Bangkok will start at 50 baht for motorcycles, 150 baht for cars and 250 baht for pickups. Later this year, Grab will also launch GrabFresh, an on-demand grocery delivery service.
